Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of flight operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and procedures in line with national and international aviation regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the flight operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure stringent compliance with all relevant aviation safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and strategic planning for flight services.
• Implement strategies for continuous improvement in flight operational performance and risk management.

Requirements

• Extensive proven experience in flight operations management, preferably at a directorial or senior leadership level.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, safety management systems, and operational best practices.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, team management, and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage complex operational challenges.
• Relevant professional certifications or a degree in Aviation Management or a related field are highly preferred.
