Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining.
- Develop and implement innovative F&B strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse F&B team to ensure high performance and service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as brand operating procedures.
- Manage F&B budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance to achieve business objectives.
- Cultivate a sophisticated and engaging dining experience for all guests, embracing the Le Méridien brand ethos.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Food & Beverage management, preferably within luxury hotels or resorts.
- Fluency in Russian and English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
- Proven track record of success in driving F&B revenue, cost control, and guest satisfaction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a multicultural team.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement creative F&B concepts and promotions.
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
