Kempinski Hotel Muscat is seeking an experienced Director of Leisure Sales to lead and drive leisure segment revenue. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve targets, fostering strong client relationships, and enhancing the hotel’s luxury market presence in Muscat, Oman.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic leisure sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and secure new leisure business opportunities and partnerships.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, tour operators, and travel agencies.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and sales missions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing and revenue management teams to optimize sales efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Director of Sales or similar senior sales role in luxury hospitality.
- Strong understanding of the leisure travel market, particularly in the GCC region.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage a team, and drive results.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
