Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within economic development or a related non-profit sector.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, execution, and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
