Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the payroll customer services team across the EMEA region effectively.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and high-quality support for all payroll-related inquiries.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize customer service operations and efficiency.
  • Oversee compliance with international payroll regulations and best practices within EMEA markets.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to enhance the payroll platform’s features.
  • Drive continuous improvement in customer service processes, tools, and overall team performance.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in payroll or customer service management roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of international payroll processes and compliance, particularly in EMEA.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a diverse, remote team effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience with HRIS and global payroll platforms is highly preferred.
