Job Overview

Libera Consultants is seeking a Director of Planning to lead planning across their Data Centre portfolio in Dubai. Reporting to the Senior VP of Planning & Projects, you will play a key leadership role in delivering world-class facilities for global hyperscaler clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and scheduling across multiple data centre projects.
• Manage or review the master schedule and assess delivery risks.
• Lead and support planners who each run several projects.
• Review construction, engineering, and commissioning plans.
• Contribute planning inputs to bids and tenders.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience in data centres or technical infrastructure.
• Managed multiple data centres and operated a portfolio independently.
• Led planners working across several projects.
• Strong programme management understanding; able to validate and challenge timelines.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred
