• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and performance.
• Mitigate risks and resolve complex issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Extensive proven experience in project management within automation or logistics.
• Strong leadership and exceptional team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage large-scale, international projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
