Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute public policy strategies for the UAE/Middle East region.
- Engage with government officials, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze policy developments relevant to the digital economy and online platforms.
- Advocate for policies that support innovation, safety, and user well-being.
- Build and maintain relationships with key policy influencers.
- Represent Roblox in relevant policy forums and discussions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in public policy, government affairs, or a related field, preferably in the tech industry or the Middle East region.
- Strong understanding of policy issues relevant to online platforms, digital economies, and content moderation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and implementing successful policy initiatives.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
