Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for all recreational programs and activities.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the resort’s leisure facilities, including pools, beach, fitness center, and spa.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction within the recreation department.
- Oversee the budget and financial performance of the recreation department.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of recreation staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably at a five-star resort.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of various recreational activities, fitness, and wellness programs.
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Recreation Management, or a related field.
