Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily operations of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction, adhering to Sofitel’s luxury brand guidelines.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest experience, operational efficiency, and revenue generation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Rooms Division team, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.
• Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any complex issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience (10+ years) in a leadership role within the Rooms Division of a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong expertise in front office operations, housekeeping management, and guest service protocols.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to manage a diverse team, motivate staff, and drive performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
