Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the property.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and foster strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and pricing decisions.
- Represent Hilton at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Director of Sales or similar senior sales leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of the Ras Al Khaimah market and established client network.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and drive results.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelors-degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
