Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic leisure sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships within the leisure segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key leisure clients, travel agencies, and tour operators.
- Lead and motivate the leisure sales team to ensure high performance and guest satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies effectively.
- Represent Kempinski Hotels at industry events, trade shows, and client presentations.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in luxury leisure sales, preferably within the GCC market.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
