Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all facets of stadium operations, including facility management, event day logistics, and guest services.
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Manage comprehensive budgets for all operational areas, optimizing resource allocation.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of operations staff and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, federal, and league regulations and standards.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments and external vendors to deliver successful events.
Requirements
- Extensive proven experience (10+ years) in stadium, arena, or large-scale event operations management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and decision-making under high-pressure situations.
- Demonstrated understanding of facility infrastructure, safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
