Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day stadium operations, including facility management, security, and event logistics.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Manage operational budgets, vendor relationships, and staff for stadium functions.
- Ensure compliance with NWSL regulations, local codes, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with various departments to deliver an exceptional fan and player experience.
- Plan and execute operational strategies for match days, concerts, and other stadium events.
Requirements
- Proven experience in stadium, arena, or large-scale event venue operations management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and complex logistics.

- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, security protocols, and facility maintenance.
