Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily stadium operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
- Manage comprehensive event logistics, including matchday preparations and non-soccer events.
- Ensure the safety and security of all patrons, staff, and athletes within the venue.
- Coordinate seamlessly with various internal departments and external vendors.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize stadium performance.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staffing for all operational activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in stadium or large-scale venue operations management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, event management best practices, and facility maintenance.
