Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) to define and implement project management best practices.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects across various departments.
- Develop and manage project portfolios, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Mentor and develop project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Report on project status, resource allocation, and overall PMO effectiveness to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior project management or PMO leadership role, preferably in a non-profit setting.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and drive results.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution.
