    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) to define and implement project management best practices.

    • Mentor and develop project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a senior project management or PMO leadership role, preferably in a non-profit setting.

    • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and drive results.
