Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Quality Assurance activities and teams across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust QA strategies, policies, and procedures in line with global corporate standards and regional regulatory requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant medical device regulations (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA, MDR) within all APAC markets.
• Oversee the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, including internal and external audits, CAPA processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance and leadership to cross-functional departments on quality and regulatory compliance matters.
• Drive a strong culture of quality and regulatory excellence throughout the APAC organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific, engineering, or life sciences discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership or directorial role within the medical device industry.
• In-depth knowledge of international quality standards and regulations, including ISO 13485, FDA QSR, and various APAC regulatory frameworks.
• Proven track record of managing and developing QA operations across multiple countries in the APAC region.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented approach.
