Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in risk management and compliance, preferably within financial services.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and developing a team.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks and international compliance standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
