Requirements
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or product management, preferably within Neurology.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of the Algerian healthcare system and pharmaceutical market dynamics.
- Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and local languages (Arabic/French) is highly desirable.
