Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and plan transport routes for temperature-controlled logistics operations.
- Monitor and track shipments in real-time to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams regarding logistics.
- Ensure strict compliance with transport regulations and company safety policies.
- Optimize operational efficiency and resource allocation for maximum productivity.
- Manage administrative tasks related to dispatch, including documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, two-shift (2 Ploegen) operation.
- Familiarity with logistics software and dispatch systems is a plus.
