Key Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize local transport routes for maximum efficiency.
• Coordinate daily operations with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Manage vehicle allocation and resource utilization effectively.
• Address and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain service levels.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on transport activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in transport dispatch or logistics management, preferably 5+ years.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in German and English.
• Solid understanding of local transport regulations and geographical areas.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and make swift decisions.
• Proficiency in relevant dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.
