Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize all project and operational documentation efficiently.
- Ensure the timely submission, distribution, and retrieval of essential documents.
- Track and expedite document approvals, reviews, and revisions across departments.
- Maintain and update comprehensive document control systems and databases.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure adherence to document compliance standards.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and official logistics documents.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a document control or expediting role, preferably in logistics.
- Proficiency in document management software and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
