Key Responsibilities

• Managing and updating document control systems to ensure proper recording and maintenance of project documents.
• Handling and managing incoming and outgoing correspondences.
• Providing administrative support in the preparation of Monthly Reports, Monthly Invoices, and Variations.
• Managing, maintaining, and assisting in the preparation and submission of reports and documents.
• Ensuring deadlines are met for all deliverables required by the Client.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a CONSULTANT firm / CONSTRUCTION business.
• Experience using ACONEX, PRIMAVERA UNIFIER, and other EDMS software.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
