Key Responsibilities
- Managing and updating document control systems to ensure proper recording and maintenance of project documents.
- Handling and managing incoming and outgoing correspondences.
- Providing administrative support in the preparation of Monthly Reports, Monthly Invoices, and Variations.
- Managing, maintaining, and assisting in the preparation and submission of reports and documents.
- Ensuring deadlines are met for all deliverables required by the Client.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a CONSULTANT firm / CONSTRUCTION business.
- Experience using ACONEX, PRIMAVERA UNIFIER, and other EDMS software.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
