Key Responsibilities
- Manage project-related documents with accuracy and quality in a timely manner.
- Control all aspects of projects documentation on multiple projects, keeping alignment with Client systems and procedures.
- Prepare Work Lists for Projects as advised by PM / Project Planner.
- Create project-specific email addresses and ensure department distributions are made.
- Develop project folder structure and ensure all project documents are kept in relevant project folders and regularly updated.
- Maintain and update document transmittals and associated reports.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications.
- Experience in Project Document Control System/Industry standard and Client-driven DC systems.
