Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Document Controller to join the resort’s Facilities team. The Document Controller will manage the full document control lifecycle, ensuring compliance, organization, and efficient retrieval of documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full document control lifecycle including creation, formatting, revision control, distribution, and secure archiving.
  • Maintain master registers for all F&E documents including policies, SOPs, risk assessments, drawings, O&M manuals, compliance records, and contractor submissions.
  • Track document reviews, outstanding revisions, and coordinate approvals with Directors and SMEs.
  • Maintain structured digital filing systems across shared drives and document management platforms.
  • Ensure documents are indexed correctly for rapid retrieval and conduct periodic audits to ensure documents are current and compliant.
  • Manage communications, meeting agendas, scheduling, and minutes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a document controller or administrative assistant, ideally in engineering, construction, or facilities.
  • High school diploma required; diploma or certification in document control, administration, or information management preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
