Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain robust document control processes and procedures.
  • Ensure all project documents, including drawings and reports, are accurately recorded, stored, and retrieved.
  • Manage the issuance, distribution, and archiving of technical documentation.
  • Maintain comprehensive document logs and registers to track document flow and status.
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding document submissions and requests.
  • Ensure strict compliance with project standards, quality assurance, and company requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably within an engineering or consultancy environment.
  • Strong understanding of document control principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in document management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
