Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain a systematic filing and archiving system for all project documents.
- Coordinate document flow between internal departments and external parties.
- Ensure all documents comply with company standards and project requirements.
- Assist in preparing and distributing project reports and documentation.
- Support project teams with document-related queries and requests.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in document management systems and software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
