The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, controlling, and tracking all project-related documents and records, ensuring full compliance with internal procedures, project specifications, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, track, and maintain project documentation including drawings, correspondence and reports.
  • Ensure all documents are accurately filed, indexed, and easily retrievable in both electronic and hard copy formats.
  • Maintain version control and ensure that only current and approved revisions are distributed and used.
  • Coordinate document flow between internal departments, contractors, and clients.
  • Support project teams in preparing and submitting documentation to clients in the required formats and timelines.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in marine, construction, or engineering sectors.
  • Wrench Software experience mandatory.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems such as Aconex, SharePoint(preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
