Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control all project documents using the Aconex platform.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of all incoming and outgoing documentation.
- Maintain an organized and accessible document management system for easy retrieval.
- Distribute controlled documents to relevant stakeholders and project teams.
- Implement and maintain document control procedures and standards.
- Assist in preparing project reports and support audit processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Document Controller, with strong proficiency in Aconex.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
- Proficiency in document management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
