Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure document compliance and accessibility.
  • Assist in preparing and conducting audits and reviews related to document control processes.
  • Implement and maintain robust document control procedures for various projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic document management systems (EDMS) and relevant software.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
