Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and control all project-related documentation in accordance with established procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders and departments.
  • Maintain comprehensive document control registers and electronic document management systems.
  • Verify documents for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company and project standards.
  • Efficiently archive and retrieve project documents, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Provide support to project teams for all document control needs and inquiries.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in the energy, chemicals, or resources industry.
  • Proficiency in document control software and systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple documents and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
