Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in document management or HR administration, preferably in a mid-senior role.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using document management software and office applications.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices related to record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
