Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with luggage and provide directions or information as needed.
- Ensure the entrance area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate with bell services and valet to facilitate smooth guest transitions.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, enhancing the guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with efficiency and courtesy.
