Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide information about the hotel and local attractions.
• Open doors and provide a welcoming presence at the hotel entrance.
• Maintain a clean and orderly entrance area.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
