Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans for residential construction projects.

  • Revise and update drawings based on feedback and project changes.
  • Maintain documentation and records for all drafting work.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to relevant building codes and standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Draftsperson, preferably in residential construction.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant drafting tools.
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
