Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans for residential construction projects.
- Collaborate with design teams and project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Utilize CAD software and other drafting tools efficiently to produce high-quality drafts.
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback and project changes.
- Maintain documentation and records for all drafting work.
- Ensure all designs adhere to relevant building codes and standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Draftsperson, preferably in residential construction.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant drafting tools.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
