Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior drafters and engineers in creating detailed technical drawings and schematics.
- Learn and apply drafting standards, symbols, and techniques using CAD software.
- Prepare and revise drawings of mechanical components, assemblies, and systems.
- Maintain organized digital and physical drawing archives.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of drafting processes and documentation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or relevant coursework in drafting/CAD is a plus.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and mechanical design.
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawing preparation.
- Eagerness to learn and develop drafting skills in an industrial setting.
