Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for AlbStar’s diverse engineering services.
• Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing Department, overseeing all operational and strategic aspects.
• Identify new market opportunities and forge strong client relationships to drive business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies effectively.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with service delivery.
• Manage the departmental budget and optimize resource allocation for maximum impact.
