Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain dry cleaning and laundry machinery efficiently and safely.
- Process garments according to Jumeirah’s quality standards and specific care instructions.
- Inspect cleaned garments for quality, spotting, and potential damage.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
- Ensure a high level of cleanliness and organization within the laundry area.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dry Cleaner or in a similar laundry role.
- Knowledge of different fabrics, cleaning chemicals, and stain removal techniques.
- Ability to operate and perform basic maintenance on dry cleaning and laundry equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures in a laundry environment.
