Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of all hotel departments during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
  • Lead and support a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor service standards and implement procedures to maintain excellence.
  • Act as the main point of contact for guests and staff, especially during peak hours or emergencies.
  • Conduct regular checks of all facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar management role within the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding guest service and maintaining high operational standards.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and relevant health and safety regulations.
