Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise line maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Oversee daily maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting of aircraft.
- Manage resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize aircraft downtime and optimize operational flow.
- Implement and monitor maintenance schedules to achieve high levels of fleet readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Maintenance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft line maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations (e.g., GCAA, EASA, FAA).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems and relevant software.
