By replacing dangerous and toxic lighting sources like kerosene and candles with portable, affordable solar lights, SunnyMoney aims to improve health, enhance home safety, save money, increase study time, and protect the environment from harmful black carbon.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding SunnyMoney products and services.
    • Assist customers with troubleshooting, product registration, and warranty claims effectively.
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering polite and efficient service.
    • Accurately record all customer interactions and feedback in the designated system.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals and enhance overall customer experience.
    • Educate customers on the benefits and proper use of solar light products.

    Requirements

    • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
    • Ability to empathize with customers and effectively resolve their issues.
    • Basic computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused attitude.

    • Ability to work full-time in Lusaka Province, as per schedule.
