Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via various channels (email, chat, phone) for e-commerce platforms.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding products, orders, shipping, returns, and general policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex problems to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
  • Process orders, cancellations, modifications, and refunds in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately to contribute to continuous service improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support, with a strong preference for backgrounds in e-commerce (5+ years recommended for Mid-Senior level).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate clearly and empathetically.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine customer-centric approach to service delivery.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, e-commerce platforms, and general office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs, business priorities, and evolving e-commerce trends.
