Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the resort’s e-commerce platforms and online travel agencies (OTAs).
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online bookings and revenue.
- Monitor online reviews and respond to guest feedback to maintain a positive online reputation.
- Analyze website traffic and booking data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies in the hospitality industry.
Requirements
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the hospitality sector.
