Job Overview

Adidas is looking for an eCommerce Buying & Trading Manager to join its Seoul team. This role will drive online sales growth by leading buying and trading plans across adidas.com and e-marketplaces, ensuring assortment efficiency, inventory management, and successful product launches.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead seasonal product range selection for own.com and e-marketplace channels.
• Manage assortment breadth to achieve buying budgets, sell-through, category share, and net margin targets.
• Review trading results, monitor inventory, and identify sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with GTM, Retail, Brand, and global teams to align strategies.
• Oversee range planning, forecasting, and timely purchase orders.
• Manage replenishment and reorders of fast-moving products.
• Make full-price and off-price decisions to optimize inventory.
• Plan next-season budgets in alignment with sales targets.
• Communicate with global digital stakeholders on buying and trading topics.
• Lead, engage, and develop team members in a high-performance environment.

Requirements

• 6–10 years’ experience in eCommerce buying/merchandising within retail, fashion, FMCG, or sporting goods.
• University degree or higher.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Korea’s eCommerce landscape.
• Fluent in English and Korean.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to manage relationships, embrace diversity, and work under pressure.
