Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement child-focused education programs in line with organizational goals.
- Support capacity building for teachers and community education facilitators.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational initiatives and interventions.
- Coordinate with local authorities, community leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure program success.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on program activities, progress, and challenges.
- Ensure all education activities adhere to World Vision’s child protection policies and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in education program design, implementation, or management, preferably in an NGO setting.
- Strong understanding of child-friendly learning methodologies and curriculum development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and challenging contexts.
