Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive educational programs tailored for university students and dental professionals across Europe.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key academic institutions and university partners to integrate Envista solutions into their curricula.
- Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate on Envista’s diverse product portfolio and clinical advancements.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure educational initiatives align with business objectives and market needs.
- Gather feedback from educational partners and stakeholders to continuously improve content and delivery methods.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness and reach of educational programs within the European market.
Requirements
- Proven experience in education program development, university relations, or medical/dental training.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Ability to travel frequently across Europe to support various educational initiatives and events.
- Strong understanding of the dental or medical equipment industry is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional major European languages is a significant plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
