Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive educational programs tailored for university students and dental professionals across Europe.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key academic institutions and university partners to integrate Envista solutions into their curricula.
• Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate on Envista’s diverse product portfolio and clinical advancements.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure educational initiatives align with business objectives and market needs.
• Gather feedback from educational partners and stakeholders to continuously improve content and delivery methods.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness and reach of educational programs within the European market.

Requirements

• Proven experience in education program development, university relations, or medical/dental training.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
• Ability to travel frequently across Europe to support various educational initiatives and events.
• Strong understanding of the dental or medical equipment industry is highly advantageous.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional major European languages is a significant plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
