Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for Evaluar’s technology platform.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the human talent and educational sectors.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, building strong, lasting relationships.
  • Present and effectively demonstrate the online evaluation platform’s features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve and exceed set revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B commercial roles, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and business development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as an integral part of a dynamic sales team.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and surpass sales objectives.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and deep understanding of the local Ecuadorian market dynamics.
