Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct electrical crews on-site.
- Ensure all electrical work is performed according to specifications, codes, and safety standards.
- Plan and schedule electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and completed installations.
- Manage materials and equipment for electrical projects.
- Coordinate with other trades and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Foreman in the MEP industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and relevant codes (e.g., NEC).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing teams and project timelines.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in electrical work.
