Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead electrical wiring teams for control and relay panels, ensuring project timelines are met.
• Verify that all wiring activities strictly adhere to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections of installed wiring systems for functionality, integrity, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Diagnose and resolve any technical issues or discrepancies related to wiring or panel assembly during installation and testing phases.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to junior technicians and laborers on best practices and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in electrical wiring supervision, with a specific focus on control & relay panels.
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layout drawings.
• Familiarity with relevant local and international electrical codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and interact with stakeholders.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a demanding construction or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, for clear communication and documentation.
